Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that although he filed an application in Form No.53, at Annexure-A seeking regularization of unauthorised occupation of 2 acres (in Form No.53 entered as 3 acres) of land in Sy.No.383 (in form No.53 entered as Sy.No.384) of Kodiyala Karenahalli Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District, the same has not been considered till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of Annexure-B sketch prepared by the taluka surveyor, the possession of the petitioner has been clearly shown. The petitioner has given a representation at Annexure-C dated

16.05.2024 contending that the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation has recommended grant of the said land by order bearing number LND.CR/144-145-147/91-92.

The writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.2-Tasildar to consider the representation at Annexure-C given by the petitioner and verify from the records as to whether the committee had passed such an order recommending the grant of land in favour of the petitioner. If it is found that the committee had in fact passed such an order, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to consider the grievance of the petitioner for issuance of Form-10 and after collecting the kimmath, the name of the petitioner shall be entered in the land records. On the other hand, if it is found that no such orders have been passed by the committee, the Tahsildar shall verify whether the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected.
