Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the final installment of Rs.2,00,000/- has been today paid to the respondent vide two separate Demand Drafts drawn on Canara Bank, Subramanyanagara Branch, for Rs.55,000/and Rs.1,45,000/- respectively.

Learned counsel for the respondent acknowledges

receipt of the aforesaid two Demand Drafts and he fairly submits that the respondent has received the entire payment from the petitioner and on the next date of hearing, the respondent shall withdraw the execution case before the trial Court. His submission is placed on record. Writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
