Heard Sri. K. Prasanna Shetty, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the entire writ petition papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit

that the petitioner is before this Court questioning the order dated 27.10.2021 in Application Nos.325-328/2020 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short 'the Tribunal') where under the applications filed by the respondents are allowed quashing the order of entrustment passed under Rule 14A of KCS (CCA) Rules, 1957.

submit that in W.P.No.2981/2023 and other connected matters wherein also the same order was challenged. This

Court by order dated 15.04.2025, dismissed the writ petitions confirming the order passed by the Tribunal.

We have gone through the order dated 15.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.2981/2023 and connected writ petitions. This Court dismissed the writ petition with a direction to the State Government to take decision within a period of four months from the date of order and report compliance to the petitioner. Following the said decision, the present writ petition also stands dismissed.
