01. It is submitted that the petitioner herein has filed present writ petition challenging the opinion/determination dated 29.06.2017 of the District

Register. The petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the determination is simply an expression of opinion, the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the petition any further.

The petitioner however withdraws the petition with liberty to initiate any proceedings should there be any demand or claim from any of the statutory authorities pursuant to the opinion/determination dated 29.06.2017. All contentions in this regard may be left open for consideration, accordingly.

Wherefore , it is humbly prayed that this memo may be taken on record, and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for above, in the interests of justice and equity.

Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner/s and the memos for withdrawal of the petitions, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as
