Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 25.03.2025 stating that respondent No.3 has expired on 26.02.2025. His submission is that since the above petition arise out of order of the Assistant Commissioner passed in Case No.MSC/CR/72/201516, there is no need to take steps to bring the legal representatives of deceased-respondent No.3, his mother on record.
