The Petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i) Issue Writ of Certiorari or in the like nature of Certiorari quashing the amended trust deed registration No. BYP-4-00622-2024-25 by respondent No.2 dated 07.12.2024 vide - ANNEXURE - F;

(ii) Issue Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondent No.5 to not to permit the respondent No.3 and 4 to illegally misuse the trust amount.

(iii) Issue Writ of Prohibition, to refrain from any other coercive steps in furtherance of the illegally registered amended trust deed dated 07.12.2024 vide registration No. BYP-4-00622-2024-25 vide - ANNEXURE – F; -

(iv) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the above petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum.
