The Petitioner preferred this instant writ petition seeking a directing against the Respondent to release the Petitioners Properties (Schedule Properties). However, in view of the resolution offered by the Respondent to amicably resolve the dispute at hand, the petitioner craves leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the instant writ proceedings, while reserving liberty to file fresh proceedings if the dispute continues to remain unresolved.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner herein to withdraw the above mentioned writ petition
