“Learned AGA submits on instructions that this writ petition was filed on 24.01.2018 seeking a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, to consider the application filed in Form No.53.

Learned AGA submits that the application was rejected by order dated 16.07.2018 and intimation was given to the petitioner by RPAD on 21.07.2018. The reasons for rejecting the application is that the land sought by the petitioner has already been granted in favour of some other person considering the application filed for regularization of unauthorized occupation and since the same is not available for grant, the application was rejected.

Nevertheless, since there is no representation for the petitioner, re-list this matter on 03.02.2023 for Further Hearing.”
