Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the representations dated 28.03.2022 (Annexure-L), 08.04.2022 (Annexure-L1) and 13.01.2023 (Annexure-L2) seeking execution of the registered Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner.

Having taken note of the submission made by

the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the petitioner has stated that the entire sale consideration amount has been made to the Respondent-KIADB, pursuant to the execution of the Lease-cum-Sale Agreement at Annexure-E.
