The present petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

"WHEREFORE the petitioner most respectfully prays this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:

1. Call for the records from the III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru in related to MC.No.3005/2022.

2. Issue writ in the nature of certiorari and quash the order dated 11/11/2024 passed in MC.No.3005/2022 by the III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru in MC.No.3005/2022 as per Annexure-A.

3. Issue writ of mandamus and direct the Hon'ble III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru to dispose of the divorce petition in MC No. 3005/2022 in terms of the law declared by this Hon'ble Court in case of Sri. N Rajeev v. Smt. C Deepa in WP.No.14769/2023 (GM-FC) DD- 26/07/2023 as per Annexure-G.

4. Pass any appropriate order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem it fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow this Criminal revision petition in the ends of justice."

Family Courts and now the Family Courts are taking up pendency from the older matters till 2019. The Courts are concentrating and trying to dispose of the cases till 2019 by December 2025. In these circumstances, there cannot be a direction to take up the matter which is of the year 2022. Hence, this Court is passing the following order:
