"The petitioner in the above case respectfully submits that in the above writ petition, the petitioner had called in question the legality of the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to contest the ongoing elections scheduled to be held on 12.01.2025. The petitioner is not now willing to contest the election and hence the petitioner seeks the leave of this Hon'ble court to withdraw the above petition in the interest of justice and equity."
