The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to consider her representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A).

The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite of repeated approaches to the respondent-authorities requesting actual compensation for the land utilized for road widening, her representation is yet not been considered till date.

Learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A) will be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner.
