The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the respondents to consider the representations at Annexures 'E', 'G' and 'H' to mutate the names of the legal heirs of late Eramma and late Nagarathnamma insofar as the entries with respect to Sy.No.82 situated at B.G.Kere Village, Molkalmuru Taluk, Chitradurga District, are concerned.
