Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri.H.Shanthi Bhushan, learned DSGI for the respondent is present in Court and has filed a counter affidavit to the writ petition, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the appellant has urged that

the matter concerns the future of a young adult, who has been debarred for the year 2025 and from appearing in the JEE (Main) Examination for the year 2026 by means of the impugned order, as communicated by means of an email dated 01.11.2025. It is his contention that no stigma should be attached to a young adult. He prays that some suitable

directions be given, as the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.

Learned counsel for the appellant has further stated

that he has instructions to withdraw this petition.

The email of 01.11.2025 is very clear as far as the debarment for the year 2025 and appearance in the JEE (Main) Examination for the year 2026 are concerned. It would always be open for the petitioner, if he so chooses, to appear in any competitive examinations which are not covered by the directions in paragraph No.4 of the aforesaid communication of 01.11.2025. Since orally a request has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of this petition, the request is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
