The petitioner is aggrieved of an order at Annexure-A passed by the Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training and the petitioner is an IAS officer. If that is so, the petitioner will have to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal to redress his grievance.
