Petitioner has filed the present petition as a Public Interest Litigation praying that the dead line for submitting online application for the Laptop and Braille Kit Scheme 2025 be extended for a further period of 60 days. The petitioner prays that the portal for receiving the application be kept open for a further period.

The portal was open for receiving the applications on 26.09.2025 and the last date for receiving applications was 30.09.2025. On the representations made by the certain sections, the respondents extended the deadline for filing the application from 30.09.2025 to 15.10.2025. On further representation, the dead line was extended for second time upto 31.10.2025.

Since the deadline has already been extended twice,

we do not consider apposite to issue any directions for further extending the deadline for filing applications.
