Consequent to registration of a case in Crime

No.302/2025 of Rajarajeshwari Nagar Police Station, Bangalore City for the offence punishable under Sections 7 and 3 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, Sections 4 and 7 of Liquified Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply & Distribution) Order 2000 and Sections 287 and 318(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, 12 vehicles were seized by the police. The petitioner's grievance is that inspite of filing necessary applications before the 2^nd respondent, no order has been passed as on today. It is therefore submitted that the 2^nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the applications in respect of seven (7) vehicles belonging to the petitioner, at the earliest.
