In this petition, the limited request of the petitioner is for a direction to the Trial Court to consider and dispose of C.C.No.23785/2023 within a stipulated timeframe.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and urgency pleaded on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the Trial Court to consider and dispose of C.C.No.23785/2023 pending on the file of XXI Addl.CJM, Bangalore, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
