In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the order dated 06.06.2019(Annexure-E) issued by respondent No.1, inter alia, sought for a direction to respondent Nos.5 to 7 to pay the entire fees as directed by the Institution in order to continue the education of their children.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the impugned order is based on the complaint dated 26.04.2019 and thereafter respondent Nos.5 to 7 have got admitted to the School. In this regard, Sri. Balagopal Shenoy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5, admits that the children have been now admitted to the School.

In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the factual aspects on record, I am of the view that, the prayer made in this Writ Petition, does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, I.A.1/2024 does not survive for consideration.
