In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure-G) and the order dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure-H) passed by respondent No.4 inter alia sought for direction to the respondent authorities to restore MR.No.H79/2015-16 dated 21.06.2016.

Having consider the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and also taking into consideration that the impugned order at Annexure-G dated 18.01.2023 has been passed by respondent No.4, following the order dated 03.08.2016 by respondent No.3,

I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition, as the original order passed by respondent No.3 in R.A.No.339/2019 dated 08.12.2022 has reached finality in the matter. It is also to be noted that the order dated 08.12.2022 in R.A.No.339/2019 is unchallenged by the petitioner and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
