The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs;

a. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing the order dated 11.07.2025 in Case No. M.A.G/675/2024-25 passed by R2, as per Annexure-D

b. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble High Court may be pleased to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned AGA would submit that objections by the State is yet to be filed. Once the objections are filed, the matter would be taken up and disposed.
