The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ in the nature of the certiorari or any other appropriate nature quashing the ineligible voters list dated Nil in Number Nil vide Annexure-D issued by the Respondent No. 5 Union so far as the petitioner society is concerned.

b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the R2 to R5 to permit the petitioner society to vote in the elections schedule to be held on 10.11.2024 for the year 2024-2029 and conduct the elections to the R5Union for the term 2024-2029 societies Act.

c. Pass such other orders as may be appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice and equity.

In pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioners were permitted to participate in the election in which they have participated, Elections have been held, votes counted and declaration of results made.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. If at all anyone is aggrieved by the election results, they would be entitled to raise a dispute in terms of Section 70 of the Karnataka
