The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo which reads as under:

" In the above writ petition the Petitioner is challenging the order of the Tribunal for declining to grant interim order of stay of the suspension order dated 02.12.2023. Subsequently the Tribunal dismissed the application filed by the Petitioner and thereafter Writ Petition was filed in Writ Petition No.3899/2024 against the final order of the Tribunal and the same was dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, the present Writ Petition does not survive for consideration in view of the subsequent developments.

Hence, the Petitioner humbly requests this Hon'ble Court may kindly be permitted to withdraw the above Writ Petition as not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity."
