This writ petition is filed seeking the following substantial

relief:

a) Issue direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to the respondent No.1 to 3 that they shall not alienate the same, create third party interest and shall maintain statusquo in respect of the entries relating to the schedule property till the final adjudication of OS NO.8433/2023 as Annexure-D pending before the Hon'ble XV Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, at Bengaluru and without notice to and knowledge of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,

I am of the opinion that the writ petition filed with the prayers

as stated above is not maintainable. However, leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner and his right to move the appropriate forum in accordance with law, this writ petition is
