Smt Lakshamma filed a writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a mandamus directing the Managing Director, Karnataka State Minerals Corporation Ltd., to consider her representations dated 26.06.2015 and 30.06.2021 (Annexures-A and B) seeking appointment on compassionate ground, to dispose of her application for compassionate appointment in accordance with law within a stipulated time, and to grant ex-gratia benefits on humanitarian grounds.
