The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 21.08.2025 vide Annexure-J.

Brief facts leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows:

The petitioner got selected for Junior Technician (Electrical) in respondent No.3- Federation. Respondent No.2 sent a letter to earlier Division Controller in KSRTC, Ramanagara Division enclosing the committee report dated 03.06.2023 with a condition that the marks card submitted by the petitioner is genuine. Respondent No.3 issued a note sheet to the petitioner. The petitioner given a representation to respondent No.2 authority to send the genuinity report to respondent No.3 Federation and
