The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider and allow the petitioners request for posting at Lucknow on compassionate medical grounds in view of his wife's ongoing IVF treatment.

b. The petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the petitioners representation dated 30.08.2025 Annexure-E for posting at Lucknow on compassionate medical grounds until the period of march 2026 to conclude the IVF treatment/ pregnancy of his wife till child birth, and to restrain the respondents from taking coercive action against the petitioner.
