This Court does not find the need or necessity to issue notice to respondents as no relief is claimed against the respondents, nor are any adverse orders passed by this Court against the respondents.

The petitioner is none other than the defendant.

The suit came to be filed by the respondents/plaintiffs for the relief of declaration and other consequential reliefs. The case was initially filed in the year 2020 and subsequently transferred to the Territorial Jurisdictional Court and renumbered as O.S No. 480/2022.
