Smt.Shivani P.Murthy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Arjun Rao for the petitioner and Sri H.V.Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for respondent are present.

The petitioner has filed a memo today along with the copy of the joint compromise petition dated 30.08.2025, a copy of the demand draft for a sum of Rs.34,00,000/- in favour of the respondent-workman and a computerized copy of the order dated 30.08.2025 in case No.APPL/0000030/2024 by the Labour Court, wherein the matter is referred to Lok Adalat , in view of the joint compromise petition filed by both the parties.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled by executing the joint compromise petition under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC, which has been filed and recorded by the Labour Court and hence, the matter is referred to Lok Adalat to compromise the matter.

Under the circumstances, learned counsels for the parties seek leave of this Court to dispose of this petition, in view of the joint compromise petition entered into and the matter being referred to Lok Adalath .
