In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking

direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation produced at Annexure E, G, H and J.

In this regard, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that, the representation made by the petitioner has been considered on 09.02.2023 and as such relegated the petitioner to approach the NCLT. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that no further orders have to be made in this petition.
