Learned counsel Sri Nishad.S.A submits that he has

filed vakalath on behalf of respondent No.2 - institution. Learned counsel has also filed a memo along with a document showing the attendance of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners are eligible to take up the examination. Learned counsel would also submit that the issue has been considered in W.P.No.102490/2021 dated 25.11.2021 and various other judgments including W.P.No.5578 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed . The respondent - University is directed to issue Halltickets to the petitioners to enable them to take up the IV BHMS examination, which would commence from 20.08.2025 and permit the petitioners to continue the course in accordance with law.
