"The petitioner party in person respectfully submits as follows-

The petitioner submits that, the above writ petition has become infructuous because after filing the writ petition, the labour court has passed the final order in SLA No.1/2010. Hence, the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.

Wherefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition in the interest of justice & equity."
