Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has moved
the matter seeking to withdraw the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
" MEMO
The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to withdraw the Letter of Award (LOA) referenced as No. KREDL/07/GC/500MW-LOA/SEEHP/2014/4538 issued to Respondent No. 4 pertaining to the establishment of a 30 MW solar PV power plant and the supply of 30 MW of power, and to direct Respondent No. 2 to terminate the Power Purchase Agreement dated 18.12.2014 entered into with Respondent No. 4 for the development of a 30 MW solar power project and the supply of solar power.
It is submitted that the Petitioner does not wish to pursue the above petition and as such this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the said petition as withdrawn in the interest of justice."
In the light of the said memo being moved and the
submission made, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
