Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a separate

memo in both cases seeking withdrawal of these petitions.

The memo in WP.No.20563/2024 reads as under:

"The above writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 20-04-2024 passed by the learned III Addl. Prl. Family Court Judge at Bengaluru on I.A. No. 9 and 10 in G&WC. 5/2022. The petitioner has filed the said G&WC petition for the relief to declare that the petitioner is the natural lawful guardian of his three minor children and direction to the respondent to handover all his three minor childrens to his custody. The petitioner and respondent have settled the matter before the mediation on 18-11-2025 wherein the petitioner has agreed to withdraw the above writ petition. In view of settlement arrived between the parties before the mediation, the above writ petition may not survive and permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition in the interest of Justice."

"The above writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 20-04-2024 passed by the learned III Addl. Prl. Family Court Judge at Bengaluru on I.A. No. 5 in MC No. 5299/2021. The petitioner has filed the said Matrimonial Case for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner and respondent have settled the matter before the mediation on 1811-2025 wherein the petitioner has agreed to withdraw the above writ petition. In view of settlement arrived between the parties before the mediation, the above writ petition may not survive and permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition in the interest of Justice."

In view of the memos filed by the learned counsel

for the petitioners in both the cases, petitions are

dismissed as withdrawn.
