The petitioner has challenged a Memo bearing No.DCK/ADMN/7349/2023 dated 28.07.2023 issued by the respondent No.1, in terms of which, the petitioner was informed that his appointment will be considered only after disposal of Criminal Case No.1724/2022, then pending trial before the Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Aurad.

When this writ petition is listed for orders, a memo is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that CC.No.1724/2022, where the petitioner was an accused, was finally decided and the petitioner was acquitted of the offences.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no impediment for consideration of the appointment of the petitioner to the post of peon. Hence, this writ petition is disposed off directing the
