ORAL ORDER

This petition is filed seeking following relief:

“a) Issue writ of certiorari quashing the Impugned order dated 2.1.2025 in Application No.20001/2025 passed by KAT Kalaburagi as per Annexure-B and grant the interim order as sought for, in ends of justice and equity.

b) Pass such other order or direction deemed just and expedient in the circumstances of case including the costs.”

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and meticulously perused the materials available on record.

Admittedly, this petition is filed being aggrieved

by the interim order of the Tribunal dated 03.01.2025, wherein the Tribunal has refused to grant the interim relief as sought in the application. The application is pending before the Tribunal.

We are of the considered view that interest of

justice would be met if the present writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Tribunal to dispose of the application No.20001/2025 on its merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any

opinion with regard to the merits of the case. All the contentions urged in this petition are kept open.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
