ORAL ORDER

The petitioners are before this court seeking for the following reliefs;

"Wherefore it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction:

i. Call for records pertaining to the termination notice dated 22.04.2019 (Annexure-A) bearing No.SWR/W/TS/2017 /04/E/05/SCBPL issued by the 6^th Respondent;

ii. Quash termination notice dated 22.04.2019 (Annexure-A) bearing No.SWR/W/TS/2017 /04/E/05/SCBPL issued by the 6^th Respondent;

iii. Declare that the actions of the Respondents are illegal and arbitrary;

iv. Direct the Respondents to refund the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- along with interest at 10% per annum which was forfeited.

v. Award costs of the proceedings;

vi. Grant such other order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

A memo dated 07.07.2025 signed by learned counsel for the petitioners has been filed, which

reads as under:

"The Petitioner above-named seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court, to withdraw the present petition, leaving all questions open between the parties herein.

Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to take this memo on record, and permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition, leaving all questions open, in the interest of justice and equity."
