The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not co-operating by furnishing the necessary documents to pursue this petition and therefore seeks permission to retire from the case.

The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that this proceeding arises out of an order passed under Section 64A of the Karnataka Forest Act, 1963. He also contends that a survey was conducted where it was found that the petitioner is in unauthorised occupation of forest land in survey No.68 of Kadumane.

the petitioner, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
