Learned counsel for the petitioner has today furnished a copy of endorsement dated 09.07.2025 issued by the Assistant Director of Land Records, respondent No.3 and submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructous. However, liberty is sought to raise a challenge to the endorsement issued by respondent No.3.
