Shobharani G., PDO, Kollegala Taluk Panchayath, had filed this writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking certiorari to quash (i) the Lokayukta report dated 24.01.2022 bearing No.COMPLAINT/UPALOK/MYS/1333/2020/PP (Annexure-K) issued by the Registrar, Karnataka Lokayuktha, and (ii) the Government Order dated 30.04.2022 bearing No.GRA AA PA 22 GRA PUM KAA 2022 (Annexure-L) passed by the State of Karnataka. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she would withdraw the writ petition and face the domestic enquiry pursuant to the report submitted by the Lokayukta under Section 12 of the Karnataka Lokayukta Act, 1984. Considering the said submission, we dismiss

this writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to participate in the domestic enquiry and raise all pleas as may be available to her.
