The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer:

"a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Learned XIII Addl. Small Causes Judge, ACJM, Court of Small Causes and member, MACT - 15, Bengaluru (SCCH-15) to dispose of SC No.684/2019 (Annexure-A) in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months or such other time as this Honourable Court may deems fit.

b. Grant costs;

c. Pass such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity."

The petitioner is the plaintiff institutes suit in S.C.No.684/2019 for ejectment.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that the subject petition is preferred on the score that the concerned Court is not concluding the proceedings and the matter is still pending before concerned Court and seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the petition.

Since the prayer is innocuous and the issue is of the year 2018, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
