The petitioner has enrolled with the second respondent to pursue Masters in Physiotherapy, a Post Graduate Course called MPT[PG] in the yar 2014 based on her graduation from Kolkata. In terms of the notification issued by the first respondent, the petitioner had to complete her PG course, which is a two years course, within a maximum period of four years. The petitioner asserts that she could not take up the examinations

scheduled in the month of October 2019 as she was in the family way and as such, she has filed this petition for permission to write the examinations scheduled to be held on 22.10.2021. This Court on 21.10.2021 has directed the first respondent to permit the petitioner to write the examination scheduled on 22.10.2021.

Sri Prashat N Raj, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in compliance with this Court's order the first respondent has permitted the petitioner to write the examinations but the petitioner is unsuccessful. It would suffice for this Court to observe that with this unsuccessful attempt, nothing survives for decision in the petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
