“The Petitioner most humbly submits that, post the filing of the captioned Petition there have been certain other events which have transpired constraining the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty.

WHEREFORE, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition at the appropriate time as and when the petitioner thinks fit and grant such other and further reliefs in the interest of Justice and Equity.”
