"The Petitioner respectfully submits that the present writ petition was filed challenging order dated 11.07.2022 on IA 3 in IID No.07/2020 passed by the Labour Court, Mysuru at ANNEXURE - J to this writ petition. Now, award has been passed on 29.02.2024 in IID 07/2020 and Respondent has been reinstated in service with effect from 02.07.2024. In light of the above development, the cause of action no longer survives, and the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the writ petition as infructuous in the interest of justice and equity."
