Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 11.07.2025 seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the instant petition.

Memo filed by the petitioner reads as follows:

" The petitioner herein respectfully submits that the petitioner has filed above writ petition stating that while seeking renewal of passport of the petitioner, the Regional Passport office has issued impugned communication dated 26.04.2025 vide Annexure -G, wherein asked to clarify in person regard to cases in term of police verification report (PVR).

The petitioner herein further respectfully submits that the petitioner has desired to appear before Regional Passport office to clarify the same; consequently it is warranted to withdraw present petition with leave of this Hon'ble Court. Hence this Memo.

Therefore, it is prayed that in view of aforesaid circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be allow this Memo for withdrawal of the above writ petition, disposed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh if needed, in the interest of justice and equity. "
