The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent-Tahsildar, Nelmangala Taluk has not acted upon the representation given by the petitioner seeking entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the registered sale deed dated 19.06.2024 executed through the Competent Civil Court, on the petitioner succeeding in O.S.No.166/2010, which was a

suit for specific performance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tahsildar is of the opinion that another suit was filed at the hands of Sri.Shankar, the previous owner of the property and therefore, the Court has to take a decision in that matter. Learned counsel submits that the said suit in O.S.No.870/2024 was also dismissed on 08.04.2025.
