The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, directions to quash the letter Dated 7-10-2024 issued by The Manager, Bank of Baroda, Channapattana Branch, Hassan as per Annexure 'M'. Consequently Direct the Manager, Bank of Baroda, Channapattana Branch, Hassan to consider the representation dated 01-10-2024 Annexure 'L' given by the petitioner, in the interest of justice and equity.

b) Grant such others relief's as this Hon'ble court deems fir in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

Essentially what the petitioner is seeking for a direction to the respondent-Bank for sanction of loan to the petitioner. Said relief cannot be granted by way of writ. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by any order of rejection of the application for loan made by the respondent, it would always be open for the petitioner to approach the ombudsman.

Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed.
