Suresh K, proceeding under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, sought to quash the suspension order dated 23.04.2025 bearing Order No. 1548377DMA/ENQ2/MYS-90/2024 (Annexure-F) issued by the second respondent (Director, Directorate of Municipal Administration), whereby he had been kept under suspension. The learned AGA submitted that under the Karnataka Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957 the petitioner could approach the same authority for revocation of the suspension or file an appeal before the competent authority; petitioner's counsel sought leave to submit a representation. This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of
