This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-

"To issue the writ of mandamus and direct the respondent police to commence, progress and conclude the investigation in Crime No.34/2020 registered by the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section420, 34, 406 and 417 of the IPC present at Annexure A same is pending before the 4^th Additional CMM at Bangalore and consequently file the final report before the jurisdictional magistrate."
