It is noticed that as per Section 645 of the

Karnataka Prisons and Correctional Services Manual 2021, the petitioner is required to make out request to the Superintendent of Prison or Chief Superintendent of the Jail concerned.

In light of the said position, the petitioner is directed to make out necessary application before the Chief Superintendent of the concerned Jail and if the same is made within three days, the same to be considered and necessary orders be passed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
